Unresolved Service Issues. Participating School Districts shall report any service issues to the Collection Contractor, in writing (by e-mail to the designated e-mail address below). Service issues shall be defined as, but not limited to failure of the driver to appropriately place dumpsters on any designated concrete pad, placing dumpsters in a location that blocks emergency access to the school, failure to appropriately secure the tops of dumpsters following collection, failure to provide appropriate signage. Upon receipt of written notice of any service issues, the Collection Contractor shall cure such service issue(s) within twenty-four (24) hours. If the Collection Contractor fails to so cure, the Participating School District may deduct Two Hundred Fifth Dollars ($250.00) from its monthly invoice for each day that the service issue remains unresolved.
