Common use of Unlawful Discrimination Clause in Contracts

Unlawful Discrimination. Provisions of the Memorandum of Understanding shall be equally applied to all employees in the unit without unlawful discrimination as to age, sex, race, color, national origin, ancestry, religion, physical handicap, medical condition (cancer related), marital status or sexual orientation.
