Unknown Technical Environment. In situations where there is no pre-existing relationship and the technical environment is unknown, Vancord can provide services at the following rates:  0-80 hours $325 per hour  >80 hours $310 per hour Option 2: Incident Ready Environment Reduced emergency incident response rates are available for organizations that use Vancord’s vISO, log collection and/or Security Operations Center service.
