Unit Supervisor. The Unit Supervisor shall respond in writing within one calendar week after receipt of each grievance. If an aggrieved party is not satisfied with the response of the Unit Supervisor or if no response is received within the specified time limit after the submission of a grievance, such aggrieved party may appeal to or submit a copy of the grievance within one calendar week thereafter to the Assistant Superintendent.
