Unit Definition. A. The District recognizes Oregon School Employees Association and OSEA Chapter 40 as the exclusive employee representative as defined by Oregon law for all employees included in this bargaining unit. Classified employees are subject to terms of the agreement. Employees not included in the bargaining unit are temporary assistants, substitute employees, temporary employees, seasonal employees and confidential and supervisory employees.
