Single Coverage The School District will pay up to $28.00 per month for individual coverage for each full-time teacher who qualifies for and enrolls in the School District's group dental insurance plan.

Support Coverage We do not provide Production or Development Support for Software that (a) you (or a third party) have modified or recompiled, (b) is running on hardware or hypervisor that is not Supported Hardware or (c) is running in an unsupported Use Case as described in an Exhibit. You are responsible for testing the Software before deploying it in your environment. You should also backup your systems on a regular basis and have those backups available if needed for support purposes.

Public Liability Insurance which will provide indemnity against the insured parties legal liability in the event of accidental death of or injury to third party persons and/or accidental loss of or damage to third party property arising directly from the execution of the contract with a limit of indemnity of R 100 million in respect of all claims arising from any one occurrence or series of occurrences consequent on or attributable to one source or original cause. The policy will be subject to a Deductible of R25 000 for Property Damage claims only but R250 000 where Loss or Damage involves Aircraft.
Commercial Umbrella Liability Insurance The Contractor shall provide a Commercial Umbrella Liability Insurance to provide excess coverage above the Commercial General Liability, Commercial Business Automobile Liability and the Workers' Compensation and Employers' Liability to satisfy the minimum limits set forth herein. Continuity of Coverage When a new employee to the district was previously employed by a SEBB employer and was eligible for SEBB coverage, that employee will have uninterrupted benefit coverage if they are anticipated to work 630 hours or more in the school year. If an employee was not anticipated to work 630 hours in a school year but meets that eligibility criteria during the school year, the employee will become eligible for SEBB benefits and will begin coverage in the month following this establishment of eligibility.
Product Coverage This Agreement shall apply to all manufactured products, - including capital goods, processed agricultural products, and those products failing outside the definition of agricultural products as set out in this Agreement. Agricultural products shall be excluded from the CEPT Scheme.
