Union Shop Stewards and Union Business. A. The Union shall provide the District with a written list of up to thirteen (13) Union Stewards after their designation and shall notify the District of changes as they occur. Additionally, the Union may designate one chief xxxxxxx and one Vice President. The District is not obligated to recognize a Union Xxxxxxx under this Article until after the District's receipt of written Union designation.
