Common use of UNION PRINCIPLES Clause in Contracts

UNION PRINCIPLES. ‌ Wherever reasonably possible, the Employer agrees to utilize union services for printing, janitorial, repair, and other needs of the business. The Union agrees to assist the Employer in its efforts to make other labor organizations aware of the Employer’s commitment to union principles and to encourage members of those labor organizations to patronize unionized facilities.
