UNION LABELS. All uniforms and work clothing issued by the Employer to CUPE personnel shall bear a recognized union label. Exceptions will require the mutual agreement of the Union and the Employer. This does not include personal protective equipment such as, but not limited to: safety glasses, goggles, hearing protection, respirators, hard hats and work gloves.
