Union Facilities. 2.1.9.1 The Employer shall provide the Union with a suitable furnished office within the Institute facilities and access to services necessary to conduct business. The Union will make a monthly payment for these facilities and services. The amount of payment shall be as mutually agreed from time to time. Any change in location, furnishing and/or cost shall be by mutual agreement between the Employer and the Union. The Employer agrees to provide access to the Union's office facilities as required and through the normal Institute procedures.
