Common use of Union Executive Positions Clause in Contracts

Union Executive Positions. Where the Union has determined the requirement for a fulltime elected Union Executive position under the following headings: President (NSGEU), First Vice President, Second Vice President, Third Vice President, Secretary Treasurer; President and Secretary Treasurer of the National Union of Public Employees (NUPGE), or President of the Nova Scotia Federation of Labour an approved leave of absence without pay shall be granted in accordance with the following provisions:
