Union Constitution/By-Laws. The Union will provide to the Employer a certified true copy of the section of the by-laws or constitution of CUPE Local 905 authorizing any such dues and contributions, and a certified true copy of the section of the minutes of a meeting at which any change in such dues and contributions is made.
