The 'Union Button' clause establishes the mechanism by which parties can formally indicate their agreement or consent to a contract or specific terms, typically through the use of a digital button or interface element. In practice, this clause applies to online agreements where users must click a button labeled 'Union' or similar to signify acceptance, ensuring that consent is clearly and affirmatively given.
