Common use of Uniform Disposal Clause in Contracts

Uniform Disposal.  Uniforms which have reached the end of their useful life and which bear the City logo must be properly disposed of by the employee.  Properly disposed of is defined as removing the City logo and/or destroying.  Uniforms bearing the City logo must never be given away or donated to charity.
