Common use of Unconventional Mode of Dress Clause in Contracts

Unconventional Mode of Dress. Where an unconventional mode of dress or uniform is required by management, it is agreed the dress or uniform shall not be such as to cause discomfort, ridicule or embarrassment to the employee.
