Unacceptable Use of Rental Property. This Rental Property is to be used only for reasonable, personal uses expected of a residential rental home. This Rental Property is NOT to be used for extraordinary purposes including, but not limited to, wedding receptions, large parties/celebrations exceeding the number of maximum occupants allowed under this Rental Agreement, and similar occasions. Owner maintains the right to terminate this Rental Agreement without breach if Owner reasonably suspects the Rental Property is being used for an unacceptable purpose. If Tenant engages in unacceptable use of the Rental Property, it is considered a material breach of the Rental Agreement, and Tenant must vacate the premises within 24 hours notice from Owner, and Tenant will forfeiture all monies paid to Owner, including full security deposit, and Tenant will be responsible for any damages that exceed the security deposit.

  • Unacceptable Uses The following uses will be regarded as not acceptable:

  • Unacceptable Use The following is considered unacceptable use of the school’s ICT facilities and online platforms by any member of the school community. Any breach of this policy may result in disciplinary or behaviour proceedings (see section 4.2 below). Unacceptable use of the school’s ICT facilities includes: Using the school’s ICT facilities to breach intellectual property rights or copyright Using the school’s ICT facilities to bully or harass someone else, or to promote unlawful discrimination Breaching the school’s policies or procedures Any illegal conduct, or statements which are deemed to be advocating illegal activity Accessing, creating, storing, linking to or sending material that is pornographic, offensive, obscene or otherwise inappropriate Activity which defames or disparages the school, or risks bringing the school into disrepute Sharing confidential information about the school, its pupils, or other members of the school community Connecting any device to the school’s ICT network without approval from authorised personnel Setting up any software, applications or web services on the school’s network without approval by authorised personnel, or creating or using any program, tool or item of software designed to interfere with the functioning of the ICT facilities, accounts or data Gaining, or attempting to gain, access to restricted areas of the network, or to any password-protected information, without approval from authorised personnel Allowing, encouraging, or enabling others to gain (or attempt to gain) unauthorised access to the school’s ICT facilities Causing intentional damage to ICT facilities Removing, deleting or disposing of ICT equipment, systems, programs or information without permission by authorised personnel Causing a data breach by accessing, modifying, or sharing data (including personal data) to which a user is not supposed to have access, or without authorisation Using inappropriate or offensive language Promoting a private business, unless that business is directly related to the school Using websites or mechanisms to bypass the school’s filtering mechanisms This is not an exhaustive list. The school reserves the right to amend this list at any time. The headteacher or other delegated member of SLT will use professional judgement to determine whether any act or behaviour not on the list above is considered unacceptable use of the school’s ICT facilities.

  • Acceptable Use You agree that you are independently responsible for complying with all applicable laws in all of your activities related to your use of the Service, regardless of the purpose of the use, and for all communications you send through the Service. We and our Service Providers have the right but not the obligation to monitor and remove communications content that we find in our sole discretion to be objectionable in any way. In addition, you are prohibited from using the Service for communications or activities that: (a) violate any law, statute, ordinance or regulation; (b) promote hate, violence, racial intolerance, or the financial exploitation of a crime; (c) defame, abuse, harass or threaten others; (d) include any language or images that are bigoted, hateful, racially offensive, vulgar, obscene, indecent or discourteous; (e) infringe or violate any copyright, trademark, right of publicity or privacy or any other proprietary right under the laws of any jurisdiction; (f) impose an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure; (g) facilitate any viruses, trojan horses, worms or other computer programming routines that may damage, detrimentally interfere with, surreptitiously intercept or expropriate any system, data or information; (h) constitute use of any robot, spider, other automatic device, or manual process to monitor or copy the Service or the portion of the Site through which the Service is offered without our prior written permission; (i) constitute use of any device, software or routine to bypass technology protecting the Site or Service, or interfere or attempt to interfere, with the Site or the Service; or (j) may cause us or our Service Providers to lose any of the services from our internet service providers, payment processors, or other vendors. We encourage you to provide notice to us by the methods described in Section 6 of the General Terms above of any violations of the General Terms or the Agreement generally.

  • Acceptable Use Agreement I understand that I must use school ICT systems in a responsible way, to ensure that there is no risk to my safety or to the safety and security of the ICT systems and other users. I will, where possible, educate the young people in my care in the safe use of ICT and embed E-Safety in my work with young people including my ‘Prevent’ duty. For my professional and personal safety: • I understand that the school will monitor my use of the ICT systems, email and other digital communications. • I understand that the rules set out in this agreement also apply to use of school ICT systems (e.g. laptops, email, VLE etc.) out of school, and to the transfer of personal data (digital or paper based) out of school • I understand that the school ICT systems are intended for educational use and that I will only use the systems for personal or recreational use within the policies and rules set down by the school. • I will not disclose my username or password to anyone else, nor will I try to use any other person’s username and password. I understand that I should not write down or store a password where it is possible that someone may steal it. • I will immediately report any illegal, inappropriate or harmful material or incident, I become aware of, to the appropriate person.  Will report damaged equipment to the ICT support staff and will not attempt to repair any damage. I will be professional in my communications and actions when using school ICT systems: • I will not access, copy, remove or otherwise alter any other user’s files, without their express permission. • I will ensure that when I take and / or publish images of others I will do so with their permission and in accordance with the school’s policy on the use of digital / video images. If my personal device is used to record images this should be transferred to school systems and deleted from my device as soon as is practicable • I will only use chat and social networking sites in school in accordance with the school’s policies. • I will only communicate with students / pupils and parents / carers using official school systems. • I will not engage in any on-line activity that may compromise my professional responsibilities or be harmful to the reputation of the school. The school and the local authority have the responsibility to provide safe and secure access to technologies and ensure the smooth running of the school: • I will not use personal email addresses when communicating with pupils and parents. • I will not try to upload, download or access any materials which are illegal (including but not restricted to child sexual abuse images, criminally racist material, adult pornography covered by the Obscene Publications Act) or inappropriate or may cause harm or distress to others. I will not try to use any programmes or software that might allow me to bypass the filtering / security systems in place to prevent access to such materials. • I will not install or attempt to install programmes of any type on a machine, or store programmes on a computer and understand that all software should be appropriately licenced. • I will not disable or cause any damage to school equipment, or the equipment belonging to others. • Where digital personal data is transferred outside the secure local network, it must be encrypted. • I understand that the GDPR policy requires that any staff or student / pupil data to which I have access, will be kept private and confidential. • I will immediately report any damage or faults and loss of data to an appropriate person. I understand that I am responsible for my actions in and out of the school: • I understand that this Acceptable Use Agreement applies not only to my work and use of school ICT equipment in school, but also applies to my use of school ICT systems and equipment off the premises and my use of personal equipment on the premises or in situations related to my employment by the school • I understand that if I fail to comply with this Acceptable Use Agreement, I could be subject to disciplinary action. I have read and understand the above and agree to use the school ICT systems (both in and out of school) and my own devices (in school and when carrying out communications related to the school) within these guidelines.   • Acceptable Uses a. An Authorized Licensee User runs and uses the Model through the AnyLogic Software (i.e. on a computer where the AnyLogic Software is installed) manually, not via any kind of remote interface. This is an acceptable use regardless whether the Model was developed using the same installation of the AnyLogic Software or not, by the same Authorized Licensee User or not, or by the same Licensee or not. In this case, the Authorized Licensee User is also the End User.

  • REMOVAL OF RECORDS FROM PREMISES Where performance of the Contract involves use by the Contractor (or the Contractor’s subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, agents or subcontractors) of Authorized User owned or licensed papers, files, computer disks or other electronic storage devices, data or records at Authorized User facilities or offices, or via remote access, the Contractor (or the Contractor’s subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, agents or subcontractors) shall not remotely access, modify, delete, copy or remove such Records without the prior written approval of the Authorized User. In no case, with or without the written approval of the Authorized User, can the Authorized User data be accessed, moved or sent outside the continental United States.

  • ACCEPTABLE USE RESTRICTIONS You must:

  • Use of Basement and Service Areas The basement(s) and service areas, if any, as located within the (project name), shall be earmarked for purposes such as parking spaces and services including but not limited to electric sub-station, transformer, DG set rooms, underground water tanks, pump rooms, maintenance and service rooms, fire fighting pumps and equipment's etc. and other permitted uses as per sanctioned plans. The Allottee shall not be permitted to use the services areas and the basements in any manner whatsoever, other than those earmarked as parking spaces, and the same shall be reserved for use by the association of allottees formed by the Allottees for rendering maintenance services.

  • Abatement of Rent In the event that Tenant is prevented from using, and does not use, the Premises or any portion thereof, as a result of (i) any repair, maintenance or alteration performed by Landlord, or which Landlord failed to perform, after the Lease Commencement Date and required by this Lease, which substantially interferes with Tenant’s use of the Premises, or (ii) any failure to provide services, utilities or access to the Premises as required by this Lease (either such set of circumstances as set forth in items (i) or (ii), above, to be known as an “Abatement Event”), then Tenant shall give Landlord notice of such Abatement Event, and if such Abatement Event continues for five (5) consecutive business days after Landlord’s receipt of any such notice (the “Eligibility Period”), then the Base Rent, Tenant’s Share of Direct Expenses, and Tenant’s obligation to pay for parking (to the extent not utilized by Tenant) shall be abated or reduced, as the case may be, after expiration of the Eligibility Period for such time that Tenant continues to be so prevented from using, and does not use for the normal conduct of Tenant’s business, the Premises or a portion thereof; provided, however, in the event that Tenant is prevented from using, and does not use, a portion of the Premises, and as result thereof it is commercially impractical for Tenant to use all or a portion of the remaining Premises (i.e., the portion of the Premises that Tenant is actually able to use), and if Tenant does not conduct its business from the remaining Premises or portion thereof, then for such time during which it is impractical for Tenant to conduct its business therein, the Base Rent, Tenant’s Share of Direct Expenses, and Tenant’s obligation to pay for parking (to the extent not utilized by Tenant) shall also be abated for the remaining Premises (or portion thereof) that Tenant does not use. If, however, Tenant reoccupies any portion of the Premises during such period, the Base Rent, Tenant’s Share of Direct Expenses, and Tenant’s obligation to pay for parking (to the extent not utilized by Tenant) allocable to such reoccupied portion, based on the proportion that the rentable area of such reoccupied portion of the Premises bears to the total rentable area of the Premises, shall be payable by Tenant from the date Tenant reoccupies such portion of the Premises. To the extent an Abatement Event is caused by an event covered by Articles 11 or 13 of this Lease, then Tenant’s right to xxxxx rent shall be governed by the terms of such Article 11 or 13, as applicable, and the Eligibility Period shall not be applicable thereto. Such right to xxxxx Base Rent and Tenant’s Share of Direct Expenses shall be Tenant’s sole and exclusive remedy for rent abatement at law or in equity for an Abatement Event. Except as expressly provided in this Section 19.5.2 or elsewhere in this Lease, nothing contained herein shall be interpreted to mean that Tenant is excused from paying Rent due hereunder.
