Common use of Types of Insurance and Minimum Limits Clause in Contracts

Types of Insurance and Minimum Limits. The Contractor agrees that it will, at all times during the term of the agreement, keep in force a tort liability insurance policy (policies), issued by a company authorized to transact business in the State of Oregon. The insurance requirements herein are minimum requirements for this contract. LCOG in no way warrants that the minimum limits contained herein are sufficient to protect the Contractor from liabilities that might arise out of its performance of the Services under this Contract. The Contractor is free to purchase such additional insurance as it may determine necessary.
