Common use of TUNNEL WORK Clause in Contracts

TUNNEL WORK. Employees engaged in tunnel work where the tunnel exceeds fifteen (15) feet overall shall receive fifty cents (50¢) per hour extra while engaged in this work. The length of the tunnel shall be determined by adding together the width of the shaft, if any, and the length of the tunnel proper.
