Common use of TUITION REIMBURSEMENT PLAN Clause in Contracts

TUITION REIMBURSEMENT PLAN. A. The Board shall pay the prevailing graduate rate per credit hour at Rowan College for no more than six (6) credit hours per employee per school year. In order to assure reimbursement, employee must complete and submit the form titled “Prior Approval of Course for Tuition Reimbursement” to the Superintendent for approval before beginning the course. Approval by the Superintendent will be in accordance with the criteria listed below.

Approval by the Superintendent will be in accordance with the criteria listed below.
