Common use of Tuition Refund Clause in Contracts

Tuition Refund. A. Effective January 1, 2000, the University will reimburse all eligible Full and Part- time staff up three thousand one hundred twenty dollars ($3120) per calendar year for tuition costs for courses successfully completed with a grade of a “C” or better.

Effective January 1, 2000, the University will reimburse all eligible Full and Part- Part-time staff up three thousand one to nine hundred twenty dollars ($3120900.00) per calendar year semester for tuition costs for courses successfully completed with a grade of a “C” or better. The annual maximum reimbursement will be two thousand seven hundred dollars ($2,700.00). Effective January 1, 2001, reimbursement will be one thousand ($1,000.00) dollars per semester, maximum reimbursement three thousand ($3,000.00) dollars per year.
