Common use of Tuberculosis Exposure Control Program Clause in Contracts

Tuberculosis Exposure Control Program. At the time of employment, the Employer shall provide a two (2) step Tuberculin PPD screening test at no cost to the employee. In the event of a positive reaction to the test, the Employer will provide a chest x-ray at no cost. The Hospital will continue to provide annual PPD screening to all employees at no cost to the employee. Employees may be screened more frequently on an as needed basis. Upon request of a health care provider, a routine blood examination and urinalysis will be provided at no cost to the employee once each year.
