Common use of Truck Gates Clause in Contracts

Truck Gates. Where the start time for day-shift for Foremen employed servicing trucks loading/unloading is advanced to 0600, the Foremen shall be paid as follows: 0600 to 0800 – Monday to Friday Graveyard Shift Rate 0800 to 1430 – Monday to Friday Day Shift Rate 1430 to 1530 (Where Extended) – 1½ x Day-Shift Rate 1530 to 1630 (Where Extended) – 1½ x Day-Shift Rate 1630-1730 (Where Extended) – 1½ x Day-Shift Rate Where Xxxxxxxxx xxxxx are despatched to an advanced start time for day-shift truck gate operations, the Xxxxxxx despatched to commence at 0600 will maintain adequate supervision of the Xxxxxxxxx xxxxx throughout the scheduled shift including any assigned extensions as noted above. Where a Xxxxxxx is required to work through a meal period he/she shall be paid one and one half (1½)x for such meal period. No Xxxxxxx shall be required to work the above noted early start for more than four (4) successive days.
