Tribal Authority. “Tribal Authority” means any sovereign nation recognized by the United States government, federally recognized Indian tribe, or any governmental subdivision, agency, department, or instrumentality thereof with the authority to administer and collect tribal Taxes, administer and enforce tribal laws and administer and enforce tribal agency processes. For the avoidance of doubt, “Tribal Authority” shall include the Navajo Nation.
