Final Authority definition

Final Authority. The final authority to award contracts as a result of this RFP rests solely with the JCCC Education Committee under the auspices of the ▇▇▇▇▇ Creek Chamber of Commerce, ▇▇▇▇▇ Creek, Georgia, and its Board of Directors.
Final Authority means the individual or official City body (the City Manager, Director, Council, Commission, or Board) and others as identified in the Sand City Municipal Code as having the responsibility and authority to approve or deny land use permit applications.
