Common use of Tree Xxxxxx Clause in Contracts

Tree Xxxxxx. Employees who hold a current Advanced Tree Xxxxxx certification (Forestry FAL 1, OPRD Xxxxx 0, XXXX Xxxxx 0 or 4) shall receive one dollar and twenty-five cents ($1.25) per hour for actual hours worked, or major portion thereof (thirty (30) minutes or more), when evaluating, falling or bucking advanced level trees or when training/certifying another employee who is an Advanced Tree Xxxxxx trainee. The differential does not apply when the tree xxxxxx is in training or participating in their own certification activities.

The differential does not apply when the tree xxxxxx is in training or participating in their own certification activities.

Tree Xxxxxx. Employees who hold a current Advanced Tree Xxxxxx certification (Forestry FAL 1, OPRD Xxxxx 0Level 3, XXXX Xxxxx 0 ODOT Level 3 or 4) shall receive one dollar twelve dollars and twenty-five fivefifty cents ($1.251.2512.50) per hour for dayfor actual hours worked, or major portion thereof (thirty (30) minutes or more), when evaluating, falling or bucking advanced level trees or when training/certifying another employee who is an Advanced Tree Xxxxxx trainee. The differential does not apply when the tree xxxxxx is in training or participating in their own certification activities.
