Common use of TravelWeb Management Clause in Contracts

TravelWeb Management. THISCO shall be responsible for all costs associated with the connection of the TravelWeb server to Internet and all hardware and software maintenance for such server. THISCO shall insure that the server is monitored for failures 24 hours per day, seven days per week and will use commercially reasonable efforts to assure that the server is operational and available on the Internet 98% of the time, 24 hours per day, seven days per week for each 90-day period.
