Travel to the Point of Origin and Place of Residence. ‌ If, in order to be present at the first rehearsal call, it is necessary for an Artist to travel to the Point of Origin or tour on the previous day or overnight, the Artist shall be paid the applicable per diem. Similarly, when returning to the Artist's place of residence at the end of the Artist's engagement, if it is necessary for the Artist to travel after 12:00 midnight on the day the Artist's Opera Agreement Engagement Contract has terminated, the Artist shall be paid the applicable per diem. These requirements apply only to those Artists who are paid the applicable minimum Equity rate.

Similarly, when returning to the Artist’s place of residence at the end of the Artist’s engagement, if it is necessary to travel after midnight on the day the Artist’s COA Engagement Contract has terminated, the Artist shall be paid the applicable per diem. These requirements apply only to those Artists who are paid less than twenty-five percent (25%) above the minimum weekly fee.

  • Principal Place of Business; State of Organization (a) Borrower’s principal place of business as of the date hereof is the address set forth in Schedule I. Each Borrower is organized under the laws of the State of Delaware.

  • Place of Business; Name The Borrower will not transfer its chief executive office or principal place of business, or move, relocate, close or sell any business location. The Borrower will not permit any tangible Collateral or any records pertaining to the Collateral to be located in any state or area in which, in the event of such location, a financing statement covering such Collateral would be required to be, but has not in fact been, filed in order to perfect the Security Interest. The Borrower will not change its name or jurisdiction of organization.

  • DHS Seal, Logo, and Flags The Contractor shall not use the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) seal(s), logos, crests, or reproductions of flags or likeness of DHS agency officials without specific FEMA pre-approval.

  • Place of Business; Location of Collateral The address set forth in the heading to this Agreement is Borrower's chief executive office. In addition, Borrower has places of business and Collateral is located only at the locations set forth on the Schedule. Borrower will give Silicon at least 30 days prior written notice before opening any additional place of business, changing its chief executive office, or moving any of the Collateral to a location other than Borrower's Address or one of the locations set forth on the Schedule.

  • Place of Business The LLC’s principal place of business shall be St. Louis, Missouri. The Member may establish and maintain such other offices and additional places of business of the LLC, either within or without the State of Delaware, or close any office or place of business of the LLC, as it deems appropriate.

The Information Certificate correctly identifies any of such locations which are not owned by Borrower and sets forth the owners and/or operators thereof and to the best of Borrower's knowledge, the holders of any mortgages on such locations.

  • Chief Executive Office; Jurisdiction of Organization Seller shall not move its chief executive office from the address referred to in Section 13(a)(17) or change its jurisdiction of organization from the jurisdiction referred to in Section 13(a)(17) unless it shall have provided Buyer 30 days’ prior written notice of such change.
