The State Party shall recognise and accept as valid the United Nations laissez-passer issued to the officials of the OPCW, in accordance with special OPCW arrangements, for the purpose of carrying out their tasks related to the Convention. The Director-General shall notify the State Party of the relevant OPCW arrangements.

The Slovak Republic shall recognise and accept as valid travel document the United Nations laissez-passer issued to the officials of the Organisation, in accordance with special arrangements of the Organisation, for the purpose of carrying out their tasks related to the Convention. The Director-General shall notify the Slovak Republic of the relevant arrangements of the Organisation.

The Director-General shall notify Georgia of the relevant OPCW arrangements.
