The Policyholder likewise states that it has ob- tained the consent of the Insured Parties for the Insurance Company to include their personal data in the automated files for which it is responsible, together with the health details known as a con- sequence of claims, and it may assign them to col- laborating entities (healthcare suppliers, insurance companies with which it operates under a reinsur- ance and/or coinsurance system), with the sole pur- pose of managing the insurance arranged, as well as, where appropriate, issuing the Policyholder with the receipt relating to the amount of the deductibles arising from the use by the Insured Parties of the health services covered by the policy.
