Common use of Transporting Clause in Contracts

Transporting. 1. By the beginning of the 1979 school year, the Board shall cover all damages, losses, and expenses incurred by an employee arising out of the authorized use of his automobile in the performance of school duties. 2. Employees shall be reimbursed per mile at the IRS rate in effect as of July 1 of each contract year if they work at more than one school in a day.
