Aspirational Target definition

Aspirational Target means a target of intended utilization of any combination of Certified Firms that Contractor has no contractual obligation to meet, but that the Agency encourages. When the Agency assigns an Aspirational Target to a contract it is shown as a numerical percentage of the contract value; represents Agency’s evaluation of the availability of Certified Firms; and expresses the degree of involvement by those firms that could be expected without having a negative impact on non-certified firms.

Aspirational Target means a target of intended utilization of minority and women workers as set forth in the ODOT Contract. ODOT desires to encourage the highest possible participation of minorities and women in the work force. When ODOT assigns an aspirational target, it represents ODOT's evaluation of the availability of minority and women workers and furthers ODOT's diversity, equity, and inclusion goals.

Examples of Aspirational Target in a sentence

  • A Certified Small Business Aspirational Target will be assigned to applicable WOCs as set forth in PA Exhibit K.

  • Soft Target means a target that will suffer minimum damage and cause minimum damage to the subject vehicle in the event of a collision.

  • Design Criteria Package means concise, performance-oriented drawings or specifications for a public construction project. The purpose of the Design Criteria Package is to furnish sufficient information to permit Design-Build Firms to prepare a bid or a response to the District’s Request for Proposals, or to permit the District to enter into a negotiated Design- Build Contract. The Design Criteria Package must specify performance- based criteria for the public construction project, including the legal description of the site, survey information concerning the site, interior space requirements, material quality standards, schematic layouts and conceptual design criteria of the project, cost or budget estimates, design and construction schedules, site development requirements, provisions for utilities, stormwater retention and disposal, and parking requirements applicable to the project. Design Criteria Packages shall require firms to submit information regarding the qualifications, availability, and past work of the firms, including the partners and members thereof.

  • Milestone Event has the meaning set forth in Section 8.4.

  • POC (Proof of Concept) means testing the Software for evaluation purposes.

  • Antibody means a molecule or a gene encoding such a molecule comprising or containing one or more immunoglobulin variable domains or parts of such domains or any existing or future fragments, variants, modifications or derivatives thereof.

  • Product Candidate means any pharmaceutical product developed, manufactured and/or tested by or on behalf of the Company that has not received a Regulatory Authorization for commercial distribution other than in connection with pre-clinical or clinical trials.

  • Development Milestone Payment shall have the meaning set forth in Section 9.2(a).

  • Program Plan means the tobacco settlement program plan dated February 14, 2001, including exhibits to the program plan, submitted by the authority to the legislative council and the executive council, to provide the state with a secure and stable source of funding for the purposes designated by section 12E.3A and other provisions of this chapter.

  • Performance Indicator means a measure of HSP performance for which a Performance Target is set; technical specifications of specific Performance Indicators can be found in the MSAA Indicator Technical Specifications document;

  • ASAM criteria means the most current edition of the American Society of Addiction Medicine's published criteria for admission to treatment, continued services, and discharge.

  • Program Parameter means, in respect of a program, the provincial standards (such as operational, financial or service standards and policies, operating manuals and program eligibility), directives, guidelines and expectations and requirements for that program;

  • EBITDA Target means the Company's projected earnings before interest, taxes, one-time transition expenses, non-cash compensation expense charges, depreciation and amortization, as contained in the Company's budget for the Applicable Period and which is approved by the Board (without reference to any adjustments or revision, upwards or downwards, to such projected earnings which are subsequently approved by the Board as part of any subsequent revision to such budget), and (ii) the term "Financial Results" shall mean the Company's EBITDA calculated by reference to the Company's financial statements for the Applicable Period as filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC").

  • Semi-annual (2/Year) sampling frequency means the sampling shall be done during the months of June and December, unless specifically identified otherwise.
