Transfer of Work Commitments. Upon expiration or termination of this CONTRACT for any reason, the ACCDC shall cooperate with the RANGERS to ensure a smooth transition and completion of any uncompleted work undertaken before termination and the ACCDC shall assign to the RANGERS any necessary contracts, rights, and claims relating to the Ballpark Improvements.

Transfer of Work Commitments. 1. Upon expiration or termination of this CONTRACT for any reason, BUREAU shall cooperate with CITY to ensure a smooth transition and completion of BUREAU work; and BUREAU shall assign to CITY all contracts, rights, and claims relating to BUREAU work.

  • Suspension of Work The Department may, at its sole discretion, suspend any or all activities under the Contract, at any time, when it is in the best interest of the State of Florida to do so. The Customer may suspend a resulting contract or purchase order, at any time, when in the best interest of the Customer to do so. The Department or Customer will provide the Contractor written notice outlining the particulars of the suspension. After receiving a suspension notice, the Contractor must comply with the notice and will cease the performance of the Contract or purchase order. Suspension of work will not entitle the Contractor to any additional compensation. The Contractor will not resume performance of the Contract or purchase order until so authorized by the Department.

  • Subletting of Work The firm shall not assign or sublet the work/job or any part of it to any other person or party without having first obtained permission in writing of AIIMS, Jodhpur, which will be at liberty to refuse if thinks fit. All of the (IT) IV&V services to be furnished by the Contractor under the Contract shall meet the professional standard and quality that prevail among IT professionals in the same discipline and of similar knowledge and skill engaged in related work under the same or similar circumstances. The Contractor shall maintain during the term of the Contract all licenses, permits, qualifications, insurance, and approvals of whatever nature that are legally required to perform the (IT) IV&V services.
