TRANSFER FROM OTHER PROVIDENCE HEALTH SYSTEM FACILITIES. Employees transferring to the Employer from other Providence Health System (PHS) facilities will be credited with seniority for time worked as an employee at those facilities for the purpose of paid time off (PTO) and benefit accruals and seniority if they have maintained continuous service according to PHS policy guidelines.
