Common use of Training Premium Clause in Contracts

Training Premium. A premium of two (2) hours of straight pay per shift for over four (4) hours shall be paid to each employee who is assigned to provide one on one training and instruction to a probationary employee who has less than 960 hours of work experience in Central Dispatch. Employee’s who are not directly appointed to a specific training assignment or who only provide incidental direction and assistance are not eligible for this payment.
