Common use of Training Premium Clause in Contracts

Training Premium. Any employee required to provide training to another employee due to an employee either transferring through the job posting/bumping procedure or transfers due to a reduction of service within their own classification, shall be paid sixty ($.60) cents per hour over and above their normal hourly wage while providing such training.
