Common use of Training Premium Clause in Contracts

Training Premium. A certified (by the Employer) employee required by the Employer to act as a trainer will receive a premium of eighty-five cents (85¢) in addition to his/her hourly rate of pay for all hours assigned to training of other employee(s). An employee who is not certified (by the Employer) will not be required by the Employer to train any other employees.

(2000) A certified (by the EmployerCompany) non-supervisory employee required by the Employer Company to act as a trainer will receive a premium of eighty-five fifty cents (85¢$0.50) in addition to his/her hourly rate of pay for all hours assigned to training of other employee(s). An employee who is not certified (by the Employer) will not be required by the Employer to train any other employees.

An It is agreed that should the Company require an uncertified employee who is not certified (by to act as a trainer, said employee shall be entitled to the Employer) will not be required by the Employer to train any other employeesherein stated premium.
