Training New Employees. (a) New employees entering the service shall be subject to a minimum training period of ten (10) days in the appropriate terminal during which time they will be carried on the payroll in addition to the regular staff. The training will be organized so as to expose the trainee to each shift. The training location will be determined in consultation with the local committee.
