- Training/Instructions. (a) DM&E recognizes the importance of providing its employees with the required training to safely and effectively perform their work. In this regard, DM&E commits that it will provide employees with the guidance, instructions, and assistance necessary for them to perform the duties of their position. This may include access to web based training modules.

- Training/Instructions. The training is housed on the UC Learning Center (UCLC). The UCLC is accessed at: xxxx://xxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxxx.xxx As noted there, two enrollment paths exist - one for employees, the other for non-employees: Employees (i.e., those in Personnel and Payroll System – PPS, e.g., faculty, postdocs, graduate students, paid student workers, staff): You will need to use your UCSB NetID and password1. If you are using the UCLC for the first time, you will need to update your account by identifying your supervisor/Principal Investigator. After login, click on “Profile”, then click on “Browse” next to your supervisor’s name. For faculty, please use Chair Xxxx Xxxxxxxxx as your designated supervisor. Next, follow the directions to select your supervisor. When training is completed, you and your supervisor should receive a confirming e-mail you can use as proof of completion. Non-Employees (most undergrads): Student UCSB NetIDs do not currently work in the UCLC, therefore they need to click on “Non- Employees”. You will be prompted to e-mail EH&S to request setup for UCLC access. It may take up to a day or two to get a response. You do not need to update your profile as noted above for employees if you provided the requested information. When training is completed, you and your supervisor should receive a confirming e-mail you can use as proof of completion. Find the correct training on the UCLC by using the “Search” function and search on the course number: “LS-50”. It should be titled: “Chemistry & Biochemistry Laboratory Safety Training”. Footnote:

Seller will reimburse Buyer for the full cost of returning such over shipment or a minimum charge to $50, whichever is higher. No notification will be given to Seller of any over shipment. Mail original and two duplicate invoices to Buyer’s accounting Department when articles are shipped. STATE SHIPPING POINT ON ALL INVOICES. Each case or parcel and accompanying packing list of contents must show Buyer’s Purchase Order number. Seller shall label all packages according to Buyer’s bar coding requirements. If no packing List accompanies the shipment, Buyers count will be conclusive to Seller.

  • INVOICING INSTRUCTIONS The A-E will provide an invoice on the A-E’s letterhead. Each invoice will have a unique number and will include the following information:

  • Instructions for Operators This agreement is intended to be provided to an Operator from a LEA.
