Traditional Schedule. The assigned work year shall be from the first day of 19 the fall semester to the last day of the spring semester, inclusive. The school 20 year encompasses (10.5) pay periods totaling two hundred and four (204) 21 assigned days (one hundred eighty-two [182] actual duty days), dates which 23 the middle and senior high schools two shortened days for pupils will be 24 scheduled at times to be approved by the appropriate assistant/deputy 25 superintendent. 27 The first and last days of the work year for all bargaining unit employees shall 28 be pupil free.
