Trading with State Employees. The parties certify that this Agreement does not and will not violate the provisions of O.C.G.A. § 45-10-20, et seq., in any respect. Contractor agrees not to employ any individual whose employment would result in a violation of this law.

The Contractor hereby certifies that this Contract does not and will not violate the provisions of Official Code of Georgia Annotated § 45-10-20, et. seq., which prohibit and regulate certain transactions between certain state officials, employees, and the State of Georgia.
