Trading with State Employees. The parties certify that this Service Agreement does not and will not violate the provisions of Official Code of Georgia Annotated Section 45-10-20 et seq. in any respect.

Trading with State Employees. The parties certify that this Service Agreement does not and will not violate the provisions of Official Code Georgia’s code of Georgia Annotated Section 45-ethics and conflicts of interest statutes set forth in O.C.G.A. § 45- 10-20 20, et seq. ., in any respect. Service Provider agrees not to employ any individual whose employment would result in a violation of such law.
