Common use of Trade Schedule Clause in Contracts

Trade Schedule. Deliver to Citadel at the Closing an accurate schedule of Trade Liabilities and Trade Receivables existing as of the Closing. The Stockholder shall exercise reasonable efforts to minimize the amount of additional Trade Liabilities incurred after the date of this Agreement.
