Town Revision of Supporting Documentation Clause Samples
The "Town Revision of Supporting Documentation" clause grants the town the authority to review and request changes to any supporting documents submitted as part of a project or agreement. In practice, this means that if the town finds errors, omissions, or insufficient detail in reports, plans, or other required paperwork, it can require the submitting party to revise and resubmit these documents to meet specified standards. This clause ensures that all documentation meets the town’s requirements, thereby maintaining quality control and reducing the risk of misunderstandings or non-compliance during the project.
