Common use of Town Manager Clause in Contracts

Town Manager. The Town Manager of the Town (“Town Manager”) or his or her designated representative, shall serve as the Town’s principal contact and liaison for coordinating all Town requests of Master Tenant and responses to Master Tenant’s requests, and shall assist in the implementation of the Town’s obligations hereunder, during the term of this Lease. The Town Manager may change his or her authorized representative at any time by giving written notice of the change to Master Tenant.
