  • BEHAVIOR AND CONDUCT The Student is responsible for knowing and observing all UCF regulations and procedures regarding behavior and conduct, including the UCF Golden Rule, UCF DHRL publications, and other official UCF publications. UCF DHRL reserves the right to establish or adopt additional rules regarding student conduct, as deemed necessary by UCF DHRL. Newly established or adopted rules will be communicated to the Student as provided in this document. The Student agrees to abide by additional rules and regulations that are established or adopted by UCF DHRL once communicated to the Student.

  • SWEATFREE CODE OF CONDUCT a. All Contractors contracting for the procurement or laundering of apparel, garments or corresponding accessories, or the procurement of equipment, materials, or supplies, other than procurement related to a public works contract, declare under penalty of perjury that no apparel, garments or corresponding accessories, equipment, materials, or supplies furnished to the state pursuant to the contract have been laundered or produced in whole or in part by sweatshop labor, forced labor, convict labor, indentured labor under penal sanction, abusive forms of child labor or exploitation of children in sweatshop labor, or with the benefit of sweatshop labor, forced labor, convict labor, indentured labor under penal sanction, abusive forms of child labor or exploitation of children in sweatshop labor. The contractor further declares under penalty of perjury that they adhere to the Sweatfree Code of Conduct as set forth on the California Department of Industrial Relations website located at xxx.xxx.xx.xxx, and Public Contract Code Section 6108.

  • EXHIBITOR CONDUCT Rod Shows reserves the right to stop or remove from the event any Vendor/Exhibitor, their employees or guests, performing any act or practice which in the opinion of the Rod Shows is objectionable or detracts from the dignity and integrity of the event. No vulgar language or alcoholic beverage consumption will be tolerated on the event site. Vendors/Exhibitors removed will not be eligible for a refund of their space costs. EXHIBITOR STAFFING Your booth must be staffed at all times during show hours. Rod Shows does not supply labor or materials for exhibitor. Rod Shows does not allow exhibitor personnel to work in inappropriate or suggestive attire as deemed so by them. Swimwear, thongs, mini shorts, or bikinis are not allowed. Celebrity and poster girl signings in Vendor booths must be pre-approved by Xxx Xxxxx. No vulgar products and/or services shall be sold, promoted, or demonstrated (this includes undergarments). Each Vendor/Exhibitor is responsible for any and all damage to property caused by their staff, personnel, or any of their representatives while on the event grounds. DEMONSTRATION AREA All demonstration areas must be within the exhibit space not to interfere with any normal pedestrian traffic in the isles or in the neighboring space. The distribution of literature or promotional items is limited to the Exhibit booth area assigned to Vendor. HOSPITALITY Vendors/Exhibitors are not permitted to Host or Sponsor any hospitality or other function that attracts buyers/customers away from the event during show hours. RESTRICTED ITEMS No Scooters, Hoverboards, Segways, Golf Carts, Bicycles, Motorcycles, Weapons, Drugs, Alcohol or Animals are permitted. ADA Scooters or Service dogs with the proper certification are exempt. SOUND DEVICES No Sound amplification devices are allowed. Objectionable sound and lyrics will not be tolerated. Vendors must keep noise at a minimum for demonstrations or music in their respective space. Give away items in which noise can be made is not allowed. EXHIBITOR STORAGE AND FREIGHT Rod Shows assumes no responsibility for shipped items. There is no storage on site. Deliveries to exhibitor must be received and signed for by the exhibitor. The event decorator can arrange to store, deliver, and ship your freight for a fee. All costs of these services are the responsibility of the Vendor/Exhibitor payable to the decorator. CLEANING Exhibitors must keep booth space clean and presentable to the public. Trash may be swept into aisles after show closing for removal by facility maintenance personnel.

  • Award Procedures 8.1. The Award Procedures may be invoked by any Framework Public Body and Call-off Contracts may be entered into at any time during the period of the Framework Agreement.

  • Code of Conduct The rules, procedures and restrictions concerning the conduct of ISO Directors and employees contained in Attachment F to the ISO Open Access Transmission Tariff.

  • Rules of Conduct XO requires all passengers to strictly adhere to the following rules of conduct in order to ensure a safe, friendly and respectful experience on flights arranged by XO and at events organized or sponsored by XO. These rules are not intended to restrict the rights of anyone, but rather to ensure that all passengers, as well as XO and aircraft operator personnel, can expect to be safe and treated with dignity and respect at all times. If Passenger engages in conduct that XO considers improper, offensive or likely to risk endangering the safety of other passengers or XO or aircraft operator personnel, then Passenger may be reprimanded and/or denied transportation. All determinations will be made in the sole discretion of the operator of the Charter Flight (“Operator”) and XO’s management. In addition, if the conduct of Passenger endangers the aircraft or any other passenger or property while on board; obstructs or hinders the crew in the performance of their duties; fails to comply with any instruction of the crew, including, but not limited to, smoking in any form (including electronic cigarettes, vaporizers and similar devices) or use of drugs or alcohol; involves the use of any offensive, threatening, abusive or insulting words towards the crew, other passengers or XO personnel; or involves behavior which causes discomfort, inconvenience, damage or injury to the crew, other passengers or XO personnel, then the crew may take such measures as it deems necessary to prevent continuation of such conduct, including restraint. Passenger may be disembarked and refused onward carriage at any point and may be prosecuted for offenses committed on board the aircraft. The following rules of conduct will be strictly enforced.

  • User Conduct You agree not to use Mobile Banking or the content or information delivered through Mobile Banking in any way that would: (a) infringe any third-party copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other proprietary rights or rights of privacy, including any rights in the Software; (b) be fraudulent or involve the sale of counterfeit or stolen items, including, but not limited to, use of Mobile Banking to impersonate another person or entity; (c) violate any law, statute, ordinance or regulation (including, but not limited to, those governing export control, consumer protection, unfair competition, anti-discrimination or false advertising); (d) be false, misleading or inaccurate; (e) create liability for us or our affiliates or service providers, or cause us to lose (in whole or in part) the services of any of our service providers; (f) be defamatory, trade libelous, unlawfully threatening or unlawfully harassing; (g) potentially be perceived as illegal, offensive or objectionable; (h) interfere with or disrupt computer networks connected to Mobile Banking; (i) interfere with or disrupt the use of Mobile Banking by any other user; or (j) use Mobile Banking in such a manner as to gain unauthorized entry or access to the computer systems of others.

  • REGISTRY OPERATOR CODE OF CONDUCT 1. In connection with the operation of the registry for the TLD, Registry Operator will not, and will not allow any parent, subsidiary, Affiliate, subcontractor or other related entity, to the extent such party is engaged in the provision of Registry Services with respect to the TLD (each, a “Registry Related Party”), to:

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, Seller will: (i) allow Apple and a third party representative, retained by or representing Apple (collectively, the "Auditor"), to assess Seller’s compliance with the Code of Conduct by inspecting Seller’s facilities and/or reviewing Seller’s practices, policies, and relevant records without notice, and/or by interviewing Seller’s personnel without monitoring, solely to verify Seller’s compliance with the Code of Conduct (collectively, an "Assessment"); (ii) promptly provide the Auditor with access to any relevant facilities and personnel without disruption or interference, in connection with any Assessment; (iii) promptly provide complete and accurate information and documentation in response to the Auditor’s requests, (iv) allow the Auditor to review and assess working hours and conditions, remuneration and benefits, personnel practices, production, dormitory, and dining facilities, business conduct, and health, safety, and environmental practices, as applicable, in connection with any Assessment; (v) not request or encourage, directly or indirectly, any Seller personnel to furnish false or incomplete information in connection with any Assessment; (vi) not take retaliatory action against any Seller personnel interviewed during an Assessment; and
