CHFS shall have the right to recoup the amount of any overpayment, regardless of the reason for the overpayment. Any reconciliation or settlement of fund balances contained in the Summary Line Item Section of this Contract shall be negotiated between CHFS and the Second Party and determined as soon as feasible before the end of the scope of work as set forth under the Contract.
