Subrecipient. This contract ☒shall not ☐shall be subject to subrecipient status as such: the Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards, 2 CFR Part 200 et al (commonly referred to as the “OMB Super Circular” or “Uniform Guidance”). Subrecipient. A collaborating entity of the University that is responsible for programmatic decision making and completing a portion of the Scope of Work.
