Total Accumulation of Sick Leave. A total of fifteen (15) days of sick leave may be earned in any 12-month period. This shall be accumulative to a maximum of Two Hundred and Seventy-five (275) days. If hours should change during the course of employment, sick days will be adjusted to coincide with the new hours worked.
