Common use of Tool Allowances Clause in Contracts

Tool Allowances. The County shall pay a tool allowance of thirty ($30) dollars per pay period to all Fire Apparatus Technicians, Facility Technicians, Fire Apparatus Maintenance Superintendent, and the Fire Rescue Building Coordinator. If a tool is stolen through no fault of the employee, the County will reimburse the employee if theft is established.
