Common use of Toll Costs Clause in Contracts

Toll Costs. Where the Enterprise provides the employee with an Enterprise vehicle for work purposes the Enterprise will be responsible for toll costs. The Enterprise will reimburse the employee for the cost of road tolls where the employee personally incurs such an expense while using an enterprise vehicle or using his/her own vehicle at the Enterprise’s request.
