Professional Organizations During the Term, Executive shall be reimbursed by the Company for the annual dues payable for membership in professional societies associated with subject matter related to the Company's interests. Contractor agrees and acknowledges that County may make funds available for programs or services affiliated with religious organizations under the following conditions: (a) the funds are made available on an equal basis as for programs or services affiliated with non-religious organizations; (b) the program funded does not have the substantial effect of supporting religious activities; (c) the funding is indirect, remote, or incidental to the religious purpose of the organization; and (d) the organization complies with the terms and conditions of this Contract.
